Hawiflex® Polyurethane Wear Linings

Product Overview.

Hawiflex® is an extremely high performance polyurethane that contains special additives to combat abrasion, impact, tearing, weathering, UV and chemical attack. This combination results in a liner with excellent wear life, reducing your maintenance commitments. Lightweight and flexible, Hawiflex® is easy to install on site. The low friction compound also offers good material transfer and easy cleaning.

Sheet formats:

Standard sheet: Light weight, ‘roll up’ flexibility, easy to handle
Reinforced sheet: Contains a steel mesh or lattice core. Adding strength and rigidity
EasiFix: Foam backed sheet. Cushions impact. Installed with adhesive
Tile: 300mm x 300mm x 25 thick. Easy to install and replace

Specialist format:

Deadbox: Stepped sections to produce ‘material on material’ liner
