The Materials Handling Engineers’ Association (MHEA) will be hosting their annual BulkEx conference at Chesford Grange in Warwickshire again this year. The two-day event will take place on 17-18 October.
The conference will centre on current and impending opportunities and achievements in the bulk materials handling industry as well as associated fields such as quarrying, ports, industrial & mineral, power, cement and recycling. BulkEx 23 will also deliver a programme of eminent speakers.
With an overall focus on sustainability and the circular economy at the event this year, members and attendees are encouraged to share best practices and bring novel technologies to market to help accelerate the path to net zero. As a sign of their commitment to increase awareness of the most innovative ideas, The MHEA is introducing a new Sustainability Award this year to recognise those projects which have made the most difference. We are excited to announce that ProSpare will be sponsoring this award.
Introducing this year’s event is MHEA President and ProSpare’s CEO; James Bullock. Other speakers you can expect to hear from are Mr Philip Freeman of Tate & Lyle Sugar, Dr Peter Gunning of OCO Technology Ltd, Professor Mike Bradley of The Wolfson Centre, Dr Jane Atkinson CBE of Enfinium Ltd and many more!
ProSpare will be posted at Stand 34. Our Bulk team will be on hand to talk to visitors about the improvements they’ve been making to belt conveyors in a wide range of industries, particularly our work in the quarrying and recycling sector with Starclean belt cleaners, Centrax tracking rollers and the SealTek skirt sealing system.
Our expert team will be on stand throughout BulkEx to demonstrate how we’ve been successfully improving conveyors or to answer any questions. As well as our knowledgeable Bulk team, you can also find ProSpare’s General Manager Joe Cossey and our Technical Sales Office General Manager and Director Tom Bullock at the event.
