WALTER’s container cleaning systems provide a powerful, process-safe, and thorough clean to remove heavy soiling. The systems help plant operators achieve superior levels of hygiene, whilst optimising usage of both water and chemicals.
Innovative automated cleaning equipment uses the optimum water pressure for the task at hand, ranging from 10bar-to-150bar. In addition to pressure cleaning, both foaming and disinfectant can be included within a single system.
WALTER is a leader in the cleaning of moveable containers, fixed containers, and vessels such as mixers. They have solved hundreds of cleaning challenges in food manufacturing, recycling & waste management, cosmetics, paints, and many more applications.
WALTER’s moveable container cleaning systems are automated, reduce cleaning times, and increase safety.
Several pressure cleaning stations can be powered by a single pump. Options for both “top-down” and “bottom-up” cleaning are available, many of which utilise the innovative and high-performance WALTER RD3 nozzle system. Externally, a high-pressure hand lance provides additional cleaning functionality.
If required, cleaning agents and disinfectants can be automated with dosing controls. Water and chemical consumption can also be documented and the cleaning results validated. Hot water options are available up to 60°c.

WALTER’s fixed container cleaning systems are automated, and make set-up times for cleaning redundant.
The innovative and high-performance WALTER RD3 rotating nozzle system quickly and effectively cleans the mixer or fixed vessel. As the system is permanently installed within the vessel itself, setup times for cleaning are eliminated.
Intermediate cleaning in inaccessible areas can be carried out at any time, resulting in faster product changeover times. Operator safety is also improved, as there is no need to enter the mixer for cleaning.
If required, systems can also be specified with foaming and disinfectant options, alongside hot water up to 60°c.
