Centralised systems are modular and can be fully customised to meet the cleaning challenges of each facility. Foaming, disinfectant and variable pressure cleaning solutions from a single source can be designed for simultaneous use by 1-to-48 cleaning staff.
WALTER’s systems utilise a comprehensive range of durable pump units, which can deliver both hot (≤60°c) and cold water. A variety of cleaning stations, such as the fixed Universal Station or mobile “satellite” chemical dosing cart, can be used to deliver the desired chemicals as relevant points throughout the facility.
WALTER’s injector technology allows users to switch between pressure cleaning, foam cleaning and disinfection with a single lever. A fine and stable foam is produced to generate optimal cleaning results, whilst allowing cleaning agents to be used more sparingly. Both centralised and localised chemical delivery can be specified.
Mobile all-in-one units allow users to reach even the most hard-to-access corners of the production facility – and combine pressure cleaning, foam cleaning, and disinfection into a single unit.
