We also offer FRIFLO impact beds that effectively support the belt and guide it with minimal interference. Designed in house, our system is rugged, reliable and extremely simple to maintain.
SealTek is the next generation of skirting systems from TBK, building upon the best features of the acclaimed Spill-Ex sealing range. It provides the simplest of maintenance and ensures minimal spillage and dust emission over the long term.
The rubber blocks on each length of SealTek all overlap, eliminating areas in which material can escape. Collectively, the blocks form a continuous seal, yet they can still be individually adjusted and replaced with ease.
The sealing blocks can be adjusted by 60mm, over 50% of their overall height, to maximise service life. Each block is easily adjusted by tapping it with a hammer, making adjustments and maintenance quick and simple.
The highly durable 5mm thick backing plate, available in 2 options, is also designed to dovetail with additional lengths of SealTek and can be simply welded or fastened into place. This ensures a consistent and continual seal throughout the transfer point and acts as a wear plate to protect the rubber blocks from excessive lateral material pressure.
