ProSpare: Stand F6

ProSpare will be in our usual position outside the newly transformed Showground Pavilion (formerly the Main Pavilion). This year we will be sharing a plot with our sister company ConSpare again. The stand is F6 and sits next to the side entrance of the Showground Pavilion.

We will continue to highlight how we help companies handling bulk materials and powders to solve key process problems, with a particular emphasis on our range of high-performance belt conveyor components.

12 members of our expert team will be on stand. In addition to our recently appointed CEO James Bullock, we will have John, David, Jan and Jane from the Bulk Materials Handling Department; Tom, Darren, James, Rob and Dan from the Spares Department; and Nick and Alex from the Capital team.

ProSpare provides a wide range of problem-solving components to improve key pieces of production equipment, including belt conveyor components, wear & flow linings, flow aids, silo components, and flexible connectors including BFM® fitting.

Product launch - STARCLEAN® S³

We will be using Hillhead 2024 as the platform for the UK launch of the STARCLEAN® S³. The innovative conveyor belt cleaner and monitoring system enables continuous, contact-based control of the conveyor belt and scrapers. It contributes greatly to a lower maintenance, more efficient, and safer conveyor system.

STARCLEAN® S³ allows for predictive maintenance of the belt cleaners and protects the belt itself through preventive damage detection. This digital innovation gives the scraper the ability to self-regulate wear and tear whilst also ensuring a constant pre-tensioning force – completely automatically.
